Joseph Lawliss, Director of Program Development, Concepts of Independence, Inc.

Since 2006 Joseph has been responsible for Program Development at Concepts of Independence, founders of the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program.(CDPAP) He worked extensively on the NYS Department of Health CDPAP Expansion Grant. As a Chaplin, Joseph has completed post graduate work in palliative and hospice care at St. Lukes and Roosevelt Hospitals (Now Mount Sinai North and West).
