Andrew L. Jaloza, Esq., has been a member of the Bar for over 30 years, and drafted his first Trust over 20 years ago. Since then he has seen tremendous change in the laws of estate and trust taxation, coped with local probate and court systems, and through the years has guided his clients through a wide array of planning challenges.
Mr. Jaloza is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York, the New York Bar Association Section on Trust and Estates and Special Needs, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and Lawyers with Purpose. He has lectured on estate planning and real estate topics to audiences in New York City and surrounding areas.
Mr. Jaloza graduated with Honors from Columbia University, and obtained his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He currently resides in Queens and has two children. Andrew is enthusiastic about educating the public about how planning in advance can reduce or eliminate the stress caused by the real life tragedies they may face, and he is passionate about helping people move past extreme life circumstances and difficulties.
